Any of our books or booklets is sent when requested with the full amount of payment with each order. Checks are accepted, money orders preferred. Checks may be subject to immediate electronic payment.
Request may be sent as a fax or by mail with the choices and quanities named through use of the Blue Order Code for each publication, with a copy of a canceled check on faxes for direct withdrawal. Or simply e-mail your request with bank routing numbers, account number and other pertinent information. Contacts by telephone are welcomed.
We regret that printing costs limit the total of the special small publications sent without cost to only one per student within the continental United States. The small booklets (4.25”x 7”) are $3.00; the booklets (5.5”x8.5”) are $4.00; and the paperback books are $8.00, check or money order. All prices are postpaid. Prices reflect only our averaged cost.
