THE INEVITABLE GROWTH
That on the good ground are they, which in
an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and
bring forth fruit unto perfection. Luke 8: 15¹
I press toward the mark for the prize of the
high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14
The Word of God enraptures those who
are born again. They alone have the honest and good heart.
The reception of the honest and good Gospel is only possible
for those who have corresponding honest and good hearts through
regeneration. The Word then has an animating affect upon them.
It influences, stimulates, and impels them to creative and
effective efforts for Christ. God’s Word brings to every converted honest
and good heart true living power to accomplish God’s
honor and glory.
The living seed finally will produce maturity
since the good ground possesses from the Word what is the prize
of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus; and thus the seed or
Word without fail produces the reality of His image in the good
ground believer. Amen!
